Thelma was a stay-at-home mother of four. She was an excellent cook, gardener, and seamstress. She always made things around her beautiful.
Thelma is survived by a son, Jerry, and a daughter, Paula. She is also survived by two grandchildren, Echo and Georgia; and four great-grandchildren, Sammy, Arya, Rhett, and Daniel. She is also survived by siblings, Obie, Ocie, Joanie, Sue, and Don.
Thelma was preceded in death by her husbands, Ray Lowe Hogan and William Foley; two sons, Tommy and Ricky; grandson Coe; and sister Cassie.
There will be no funeral services.
