Wendy Genoble Raimondis, age 62, wife of Frank Raimondis, passed away on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at her home. Born in Roebuck on February 20, 1956, she was the daughter of the late James Donald and Mabel Blackwell Genoble. She graduated from Dorman High School in Spartanburg, and obtained a degree in nursing from the University of South Carolina Spartanburg (now Upstate). She worked as a nurse in the Neuro-ICU unit at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center for 19 years, before moving to Greenville to work at Patewood Medical Center. In addition to her husband of 18 years, Frank, she is survived by her three children, Amber Player and her husband Bailey of Smyrna, Georgia; Elizabeth Cramer of Duncan; and James Brock of Greenville; a granddaughter, Alexa Cramer; three cousins, Lee, Matt, and Drew Genoble; a great-aunt, Ruby Hodge of Jonesville; and many beloved friends. She loved music, gardening, traveling, and her cats. The family will hold a private celebration of her life in 2019.
