William Francis German, age 85, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love, faith, and family. He joins his beloved wife, Catherine Yvonne Gwartney, who preceded him in death in December 2020.
William proudly served in the Navy for 10 years, and it was during his service that he met the love of his life, Cathy. Their bond, formed during those years of service, remained strong throughout their marriage.
William is survived by his six children: Brenda, Ken, Michael, Cindy, Dana, and Jodi. His memory will also be cherished by his 24 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren, who were a constant source of joy and pride for him.
An active member of Clearview Baptist Church, William's faith and dedication to the Lord were central to his life. He will be remembered for his unwavering devotion to his faith, his family, and his community.
William's presence, wisdom, and love will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His legacy of faith and family will continue to inspire and guide his loved ones for generations to come.
