William Tommy Hudson, 84 of Asheville Manor in Asheville, NC passed away on Thursday, March 28, 2013. Born in Greenville, SC, he was the son of the late James H. and Sarah Price Hudson. He served in the US Army and retired from Duke Power. Tommy was a loving husband, PaPa, uncle and friend as well as a Great storyteller. He is survived by a daughter: Tabatha Lloyd; three step-daughters: Mary Brilinski, Doris Clarke, and Sandra Craze; a step-son: David Brown; 20 grandchildren; 45 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and friends. He was predeceased by his wives: Thelma Holmes Hudson and Ida Lee Hill Hudson as well as a sister: Virginia O’Connor and brother: Elet Hudson. Funeral service will be Saturday, March 30, 2013 at 12:00 noon in the chapel of Woodlawn Funeral Home with burial to follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
