Ann H. Carroll - life long Greenwich resident and accomplished equestrian died on Wednesday, February 22nd, 2012. She was active in various local organizations and the Horsemen's Association. She ran the Riding Academy on Sherwood Avenue for over fifty years. She was predeceased by her well known horseman father Michael and mother Catherine (Kitty). She is survived by a number of cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation for friends and family will be at the Leo P. Gallagher and Son Funeral Home, 31 Arch Street, Greenwich, CT on Tuesday, February 28th, 2012 from 2:00 - 4:00 pm. & 6:00 - 8:00p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Church 178 Greenwich Ave., Greenwich, CT on Wednesday February 29th at 10:00 am. Interment to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Greenwich.
