Born in Greenwich, he was the son of the late Andrew and Mary Zieba. He was employed at Putnam Trust Company for 35 years. He was an active gardener and could make any plant or flower thrive, and loved visiting the Greenwich Town dump.
He is survived by his daughter Wendy (Mark) MacIntyre and his son Craig Zieba. He was predeceased by his wife Julia Zieba.
A private burial will be held at a later date.
