Upon graduating, Scott spent two-plus seasons as a member of the New York Giants and the Carolina Panthers of the NFL.
In his post football career, Mr. Kiernan initially found success as a residential mortgage broker in New Jersey and, subsequently, as a real estate investor in Orlando, Florida. Scott’s love for hosting family and friends influenced his gravitation toward a new career in the culinary industry. His personality always had everyone on the edge of their seats, stemming from his tremendous sense of humor. His physical presence was equally matched by his kindness and caring for others.
Scott will be remembered in many different lights, by numerous people who encountered him at different stages of his life and career.
