Barbara Joyce Wilbanks, 71, of Greenwood, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, October 28, 2020 in Fort Smith. She was retired seamstress.

She is survived by two sons, Michael Wilbanks and Richard Story; one brother, Scott Smothers; one sister, Susan Smothers Jackson and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one sister, Carol Ann Rush.

Cremation is under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood.
