Betty Ruth Blackburn, 86, of Mansfield, Arkansas, passed away in her home on Saturday June 6, 2026. She was born on March 10, 1940 in Dierks, Arkansas to Reactor and Faye (Parker) Pate. She was a homemaker, talented painter and a member of the Echo Assembly of God Church.
She is survived by two sons, Nick Eason and wife, Mary Ann and Randy Eason and wife, Darla; one daughter, Gail Thompson and husband, Darrell; one step daughter, Shellie Hanson and husband, Chad; one sister, Linda Otwell; 15 grandchildren, Heather, Amanda, Randall, Tammy, Jason, Desiree, Angela, Amy, Tonya, Nathan, Jason, Alissa, Stephanie, Nickolas, and Cade; 19 great grandchildren; 24 great great grandchildren and her fur baby, Sweet Pea.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded by her husband, Jim Blackburn; one daughter, Dollie Duck; two brothers, Perry Kuykendall and O.V. Payton and two sisters, Ebertene Mounts and Imogene Stokes.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Gentiva Hospice of Waldron.
A private family led memorial will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of McConnell Funeral of Greenwood.
