Obituary of Betty Jane Farrar

Betty Jane Farrar, 93, of Muldrow, Oklahoma passed away Saturday, October 24, 2020 in her home. She was the nursery coordinator and a charter member of Temple Baptist Church.

Graveside service will be 11 a.m., Wednesday, October 28 at Barling Cemetery under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood. Viewing will be 8 – 9 a.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.

She is survived by three daughters, Dorothy Elmore, Margarett Konkel and Patricia Hodgson; one brother, Albert Slavens; seven grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Farrar, brothers, Frank, Charles, Chester, Tom, Walter, Claude and Gus Slavens and a sister Mary Crook.
