Billy Dean Ruggles, 87, of Hackett, Arkansas passed away Sunday, February 7, 2021 in a Fort Smith hospital. He was retired from Tulsa Public Schools and a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War.

Funeral service will be 10 a.m., Friday, February 12 at Pleasant Hill Free Will Baptist Church in Hackett with burial at Ramsey Cemetery under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood.

He is survived by one son, Danny Ruggles and wife, Debi of Hackett; one daughter, Donna Hill and husband, Ron “Corky” of Langley, Oklahoma; four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ola Lorene Ruggles.
