Brenda Dale Glidewell, 74, of Midland, Arkansas passed away Monday, October 4, 2021 in a Fort Smith hospital. She was a homemaker, cattle rancher and member of Northside Church of Christ.

Graveside service will be 10 a.m., Thursday, October 7 at Mount Olive Cemetery in Midland under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood.

She is survived by two sons, Jerry Glidewell and wife, Cyndi of Fort Smith and John Glidewell and wife, Kathy of Fort Smith; one sister, Anna Stevens of Fort Smith; two grandchildren, Emily Glidewell and Jay Glidewell and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Major C. Glidewell, Jr., one brother, Paul Fitzgerald and two sisters, Juanita Howard and Irene Matthews.

Pallbearers will be Jonathon Howard, Jeremy Howard, Johnny Howard, Jesse Howard, Jay Glidewell and Barry Morrison. Honorary pallbearer will be Johnny R. Howard.
