Carisa Anne Bryant, born March 20, 1975, completed her journey of this life on March 9, 2022 at the age of 46 years, 11 months and 354 days. Carisa was a vibrant and animated woman that never met a stranger and loved every one, especially Haylee, Whitney, Skylar and Larrah! Her kids and grand kids were the light of her life! Her smile lit up the darkest of rooms and her personality was nothing short of contagious. Carisa was a devout Christian and she’s smiling down from Heaven this very moment.
Carisa was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, her father, two uncles and her first born baby girl. She is survived by her mother, Debbie Bryant of Fayetteville; her maternal grandfather, Bill Erwin, also of Fayetteville; her daughter and son-in-law, Whitney and Sebastin Dampier of Charleston; her son, Skylar Gillooley of Van Buren; her daughter, Larrah Gillooley of Fort Smith; her former husband and current best friend, Brian Gillooley of Barling and two grandsons, Ryder Dampier and Graesyn Gillooley.
A celebration of Carisa's life will be held 2 p.m., Saturday, March 19 at For His Glory Church in Fort Smith. A private family interment will take place at a later date. Cremation is under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood.
