He is survived by his parents, Charles and JoAnn Phillips of Greenwood; his wife, Donna French; one sister, Regina Vanover; two brothers, Bryan Phillips and Charles Phillips, Jr. and seven children, Kimberly, Carrie, Julian, Dimitri, Mercedes, Dominick and Tommy French and four step-children, Melissa, Keith, Donnie and William.
Memorial service will be 10 am Thursday, August 4 at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood.
