Charles Wilson McCorkle, 73, of Mason, Tennessee passed away Tuesday, December 14, 2021 in Covington, Tennessee. He was a retired federal fire fighter. He was born November 16, 1948 in Greenwood, Arkansas to Danni and Laverne McCorkle.

He is survived by his wife, Patti McCorkle; one son, Patrick Wilson McCorkle; a daughter, Cassandra Ann Bridgewater and husband, Bryan; his mother, Laverne McCorkle; one brother, Terry McCorkle and four grandchildren.

A private burial will be held at the U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood.
