Charles Edwin Owen

Charles Edwin Owen, 92, of Bokoshe, Oklahoma passed away Sunday, April 25, 2021 in his home. He was a truck driver for Beach Oil Company, volunteer fireman for Stigler, Oklahoma and member of Free Will Baptist Church.

Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, April 29 at Murry Spur Free Will Baptist Church with interment at New Hope Cemetery in Spiro under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home in Greenwood, Arkansas.

He is survived by his wife, Thola Marie Owen of the home; a son, Allen McDowell and wife, DeAnn of Spiro; a daughter, Sharon Czarnikow and husband, Glen of Huntsville, Arkansas; three grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jon Edwin and Opal Vira (Harris) Owen.

Pallbearers will be Doug Pearce, Sammy McDowell, Johnny Gibson, Keenan Gibson, Glen Czarnikow and Cody Hale. Honoary pallbearers are Earnie Jones, Allen Czarnikow, John Grammar and Allen McDowell.
