Charles Ray Phelan Sr.

Graveside service will be 10 a.m., Monday, June 28 at Valley View Cemetery under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood. Viewing will be Sunday from 1 – 5 p.m. at the funeral home.

He is survived by two sons, Michael Ward Phelan and wife, Shawna of Greenwood and Charles Ray Phelan, Jr. and wife, Tonya of Greenwood; his mother, Elaine Phelan of Greenwood; four brothers, Dutch Phelan and wife, Sue of Hackett, Dwight Phelan of Pocola, Mark Phelan of Pocola and Tony Phelan of Greenwood; two sisters, Renee Williams of Fort Smith and Carol Cobbler of Greenwood; four grandchildren, Kaytlan Carter, Kaleb Carter, Kadence Phelan and Hailey Phelan and one great granddaughter, Jayden Carter. He was preceded in death by his father, Melvin Phelan.

Pallbearers will be Gaylon Wiseman, Kaleb Carter, Melvin Phelan, Ernie Darneal, Daniel Dye and James Tucker. Honorary pallbearers will be Terry Strozier and Tim Devore.
