He is survived by one daughter, Shay Smith of Greenwood; two sons, John Woods of Roland, OK, and Dennis Woods of Fort Smith; two sisters, Lois Linkletter of Burbank, CA, and Peggy Ponkow of Palmdale, CA, twelve grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
Graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 30 at Washburn Cemetery under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood.
Viewing will be 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Thursday, April 29 at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Joshua Smith, Donald Smith, Kyle Woods, Brad Wilbanks, Allen Woods and Roger Woods.
