Dathul Ballard

Dathul Ballard, 78, of Charleston, Arkansas passed away Thursday, September 25, 2025 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was born October 18, 1946 in Oakdale, Louisiana to Timothy and Ledia (Manuel) Ballard. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her children, Anita Baird of Ruffs Dale, PA, Shannon Douglas of DeRidder, LA, LeedyAnn Ballard of Bentleyville, PA and Anthony Douglas of Joplin, MO; one brother, Shannon Ballard of Sulphur, LA; three sisters, Yvonne Ferguson of Gallatin, TN, Patricia Sealy of Oberlin, LA and Mattie Richardson of Glenmora, LA; thirteen grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Wilburn Douglas, granddaughter, Rachael Poland and a great grandson, Landry Walters.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood, AR.
