

David William Hinderliter, son of Don Eugene Hinderliter and Barbara Rockwell, passed away on Monday, October 6, 2014 after a long illness. David was born January 7, 1959 at the University of Illinois Hospital in Chicago. He graduated from St. Charles High School in 1977. He then earned his bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL in 1981 where he was a member of Delta Upsilon Fraternity. David later earned his master’s degree in finance at Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
In 1980, David married Pandy Silva from Texas. They had one son, Ethan. David worked 20 years for Churchill Capitol Company, a real estate investment firm, in Dallas, TX, where he had become a Vice President before his early retirement.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his son, Ethan Alexander; his brothers, Donald Craig Hinderliter of San Diego, IL, Timothy James Hinderliter of Chicago, IL and Don Eugene Hinderliter, II of Dallas; his sister, Shannon Marie Hembree of Washington, DC and his nieces and nephews.
Funeral service was held at the Greenwood Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints at 9 a.m., Thursday, October 9, 2014 under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood. Burial will be at Union Cemetery in St. Charles, Illinois under the direction of Yurs Funeral Home of St. Charles, IL.
