David R. Keisman, 89, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away Sunday, January 4, 2026 in Greenwood. He was born July 27, 1936 in Huntington, Arkansas to Gus and Farris (Looper) Keisman. He was retired from ABF and was a member of the Greenwood First Baptist Church. David enjoyed lake house living and was an avid fisherman. His family would say he was put on this Earth to be a great spouse, dad and grandfather. He loved his family.
David is survived by his wife, Nancy Keisman; one son, Rick Keisman of Ozark; one daughter, Carolyn Corbin and husband, Roger of Greenwood; one sister, Mary Etta Morey of Phoenix, AZ; two grandchildren, Alexis Golesh and husband, Alex and Austin Corbin and wife, Jennifer; four great grandchildren, Corbin Golesh, Lyndon Corbin, Leo Corbin and Barrett Golesh and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by five brothers, Paul, Oran, Gene, Jim and Warren Keisman.
Funeral service will be 10 a.m., Wednesday, January 7 at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood with burial at Dawson Cemetery.
