She is survived by her mother, Thadda Horn of Greenwood; one brother, Johnny Horn and wife, Kathy of Greenwood; one niece, Nikki Sue Horn of Greenwood and numerous other nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Monday, July 16, 2012 in McConnell Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood with burial at Greenwood Memorial Cemetery. Viewing will be Sunday from 1 – 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Johnny Horn, John Horn, Jason Helms, Ronnie Hudson, Jason Palmer and Joseph Palmer.
