Delbert Lee Jones, 71, of Bonanza, Arkansas passed away Thursday, May 28, 2026 in Fort Smith. He was born September 20, 1954 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to James Charles and Rosemary Paulene (Roskup) Jones. Delbert retired from Rheem and was of the Christian faith.
He is survived by a stepson, Larry Don Kuandart and wife, Amanda of Fort Smith; one daughter, Amanda Dawn Jones; two brothers, Dale Lee Jones of Iowa City, IA and John Edward Jones and wife, Carolyn of Cedar Rapids, IA; two sisters, Sandy and Christine and several grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon Rae Jones; a brother, Richard Lee Jones and a stepson, Jesse Glenn McCann.
Memorial service will be 10 a.m., Monday, June 1 at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood.
