Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Monday, June 2, 2014 at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood with burial at Greenwood Memorial Cemetery. Viewing will be Sunday from 1 – 8 p.m. at the funeral home, where the family will visit with friends from 2 – 4 p.m.
He is survived by his wife, Donna of the home; two sons, Ronald Oliver and Donald Oliver, Jr. both of Greenwood; two daughters, LaSonya Thomas of Huntington and Krystal Nash of Alabama; two brothers, A.C. Oliver and Buddy Oliver both of New Market, AL; five sisters, Sophia Knotts of New Market, AL, Frances Young of Hazel Green, AL, Emilene Pickett and Joyce Bates both of New Market, AL and Faye Connor of Saratoga, AR; eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Pallbearers will be Johnny Oliver, Clifford "Bubba" Oliver, Cecil Oliver, Dustin Simms, Jimmy Cheesman and MacKenzie Been.
