He is survived by his two daughters, Erica Shankle of Fort Smith and Alexys Shankle of Conway; his parents, Shirley Shankle of Hartford and Roy and wife, Kelli Shankle of Hartford; a sister, Sherri Fuller of Fort Smith; grandson, Ashton Sysombath and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ruby and Milton Shankle and Linzy and Sissie Mae Pettus.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Cremation under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home in Greenwood, Arkansas.
