Faye Dean Newquest, 92, of Midland, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, June 12, 2024 in her home. She was born April 28, 1932 in Hackett, Arkansas to Fay and Willie (Pittman) Burnett. She was married to Jim Newquest for 71 years until he passed away in 2022.
Faye is survived by her daughter, Krystal Posey, four sisters, Jean Rosso, Margie McKown, Nancy Shepard and Linda McCormick and one granddaughter, Winter Posey. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Jimmie “Hank” Newquest.
A graveside service will be 1 p.m., Friday, June 14 at Mount Olive Cemetery in Midland under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood.
