Frank Brixey, 90, of Greenwood, Arkansas passed away Sunday, December 30, 2018 in a Fort Smith hospital. He was a retired cattle farmer, member of Greenwood United Methodist Church, 32nd degree Mason and York Rite at Jenny Lodge #503 F & AM.
Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Thursday, January 3 at the Greenwood United Methodist Church with burial at Washburn Cemetery under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood. Viewing will be Wednesday from 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. at the funeral home, where the family will visit with friends from 5 – 7 p.m.
He is survived by his wife, Marie Brixey; three sons, Ronald Brixey of Fort Smith, David Brixey of Greenwood and Scott Brixey of Fort Smith; one daughter, Phyllis Keys of Greenwood; one sister, Evelyn Cosper of Ruidoso, New Mexico; nine grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one sister, Wanda Karr.
Pallbearers will be Jared Brixey, Keith Brixey, Chad Brixey, Brandon Lowe, Alec Sewell and Case Owenby.
