Frank Vernon Howe, 86, of Greenwood, Arkansas passed away Saturday, April 18, 2026, in Ft. Smith, Arkansas.

He is survived by two sons, Danny Miller and wife, Jody of Greenwood and Randy Miller of Eugene, Oregon and two grandchildren Dana Miller and David Miller.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood.
