Geneva Elizabeth (Williamson) Coplin, 93, formerly of Greenwood, Arkansas passed away at her Burbank, California home on Tuesday, June 28, 2011. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard and is survived by many nieces and nephews. Geneva was a fiercely independent woman with a 50 year distinguished career at Bendix Corp., where she worked in quality control overseeing components used in NASA moon missions as well as other important uses. She was a staunch supporter of the NRA and in earlier years enjoyed shooting and motorcycle riding.
Graveside service will be 2 pm Tuesday, July 5, 2011 at Greenwood Memorial Cemetery under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood. Viewing will be before the service on Tuesday from 9 am to 1 pm at the funeral home.
