Helen Nadine Olsen, 78, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away Monday, February 20, 2023 in Fort Smith. She was retired from Mercy Hospital.

She is survived by three sons, George Addington, Billie Addington and Paul Addington and wife, Leeza; one daughter, Cathy Maciejack and husband, Doug; companion, Robert Sherick and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Olsen, two brothers, Bobby Dale Neal and Staton Neal and one sister, Carol Cordel.

Funeral service will be 10 a.m., Friday, February 24 at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood with burial at Mount Olive Cemetery in Midland. Viewing will be Thursday from 2 – 7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be George and Billie Addington, Mike Smith, Art Olsen, Dylan Olsen and Robert Sherick.
