So sorry for your loss. Jim was my friend and banker. He was way to young to leave this world. He will be missed.

So sorry to hear this. We dealt with Jim at the bank in Mansfield and came to think a lot of him. He was always friendly and helpful. Prayers to his family.

Jim and myself worked for Farmers Bank, I remember at the golf tournament one year we all enjoyed working together during the tournament and I remember how funny Jim was. A great person. I have known Francie our whole lives. So sorry. Rest in peace. 

Jim never failed to make me laugh or show how much he cared. I remember one particular time in his shop after a game a pool, it was just me and him. He grabbed my arm and pulled me close and told me, “I know I’m not your dad, but I love you as a son. You’ll always have someone as long as me and Francie are around.” He had tears in his eyes, and he just nodded and told me to never forget that. People like Jim are rare, and I’m beyond thankful to have had him in my life.

I have known Jim for 30 years and he has been a dear friend.  He served on the Mansfield School Board for many years during my time there as Superintendent of Schools.  He was one of the best school board members I have known.  He was a supporter of the Mansfield Chamber of Commerce and  the City of Mansfield during my time as mayor.  He was one of the best friends I have known.

Jim's Mom And I were pregnant at the same time and every time I went to the store Charlie and I  talked about the  babies to come, they were so exited  and so looking forward to the birth. Jim came in March and Jacki in May. There must be a celebration in heaven with the three of them together again.  May you receive the comfort of the Lord and the peace only he can give. Carolyh

Mr. Cunningham is survived by his wife, Francie Cunningham, one son, Alex Cunningham of Huntington and his mother-in-law, Judy Presson.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Betty Lou Cunningham and one brother, Brian Cunningham
