Janice Darlene Moore

Janice Darlene Moore, 75, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away Saturday September 19, 2026 in Fort Smith. She was born February 11, 1951 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Stickland and Estell (Simer) Dennis. She was a retired home health worker.

She is survived by one son, Brian Moore and his spouse, Jessica; three daughters, April Wise and her spouse, Terry; Shellie Moore and her spouse Sarah Louise; Kim Ghan and her spouse Daniel; nine grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Moore, three brothers, Jimmy Lenhart, David Lenhart, Glenn Lenhart and two sisters, Beverly and Betty.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m., Friday, September 25 at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood with burial at Oak Valley Cemetery. Viewing will be Thursday from 5 – 7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Brian Moore, Damian Kilgore, Gabe Ghan, Grant Wise, Terry Wise and Braden Moore. Honorary pallbearer will be Nick Westfall.
