Jerry G. Elmore

Jerry G. Elmore, 72 of Huntington, Arkansas passed away peacefully Saturday, June 28, 2014 in Fort Smith. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Elmore, one brother, Gary Elmore and his parents, Buford and Maxine Elmore.

Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at Huntington Cemetery under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood. Viewing will be Tuesday from 1 – 8 p.m. at the funeral home, where the family will visit with friends from 6 – 8 p.m.

He is survived by one son, Jerry D. Elmore of Greenwood; three daughters, Robin Williams of Grain Valley, MO, Jennifer Garrett of Pocola and Lorie Kilgore of Barling; three brothers, Arlin Elmore of Russellville, Rickey Elmore of Huntington and Larry Elmore of Dayton; three sisters, Glenda Freeman of Sugar Grove, Joyce Bratton of Huntington and Karen Hughes of Greenwood; ten grandchildren, Meagan, Emily, Calvin and Olivia Williams, Hunter and Brendan Elmore, Kaylee and Eli Garrett and Katelyn and Kolton Kilgore.

Pallbearers will be Jerry D. Elmore, Larry Elmore, Rickey Elmore, Travis Garrett, Kevin Kilgore, and Hunter Elmore. Honorary pallbearers will be Arlin Elmore, Rocky Hughes, Harold Freeman and Weldon Bratton.
