Jessie Modean Yother, 89, of Bonanza, Arkansas passed away Thursday, April 4, 2013 in Fort Smith. She was born September 3, 1923 in Red Oak, Oklahoma. She was a homemaker, member and secretary of Bonanza Assembly of God Church and the widow of Jack Yother.
Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Monday, April 8, 2013 in Bonanza Assembly of God Church with burial at White Bluff Cemetery under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood. Viewing will be Sunday from 1 – 8 p.m. at the funeral home, where the family will visit with friends from 2 – 4 p.m.
She is survived by two daughters, Jackie Garrett and husband, Paul of Bonanza and Judy Hart and husband, Richard of Greenwood; one son, Ricky Yother and wife, Rhonda of Hackett; seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and eight great great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Tommy Short, Brett Short, Jesse Yother, James Ramirez, Russell Cristee and Lex Mickle.
