Survivors include her husband, Billy Ray Cook; two daughters, Debora Jones and husband, Ryan of Tomball, TX, and Lisa Ginnis and husband, Tim of Nebraska City, NE; one brother, Jim Steeves and wife, Carol of Albuquerque NM, and four grandchildren, Stevi LaRay Guillett, Douglas James Bassler, Zachary Paul Bassler and Cody William Bassler.
Burial will be at U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood.
