Joan Elaine Scantling, 73, of Hartford, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at her home. She was born January 5, 1953 in Greenwood, Arkansas to James Otis and Imojene (Sandifer) McGowen.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood.
