To Mrs. Riggs' Family. Our family is thinking of all of you at this most difficult of times. We know how you feel. Our lives were enriched exponentially because your mother, and grandmother was our unconditional supporter and friend. No aspect of Heavener Public Schools has ever been more professionally led than when She was the Principal of the Elementary School. The Church she helped to lead was our Christian home, and the center of our spiritual growth. JoAnn and John left everyone and everything they touched better than they found it. We feel truly blessed that they came our way. God bless each of you.
