JoAnn Riggs, 87, of Greenwood, Arkansas passed away Thursday, march 25, 2021 in her home. She was a retired school principal for a Heavener elementary school.

Graveside service will be 11:00 am Saturday, March 27 at Highland Cemetery in Durant, Oklahoma under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home in Greenwood.

She is survived by two daughters, Joni Skelton and Jacqueline Reed and a sister; Carolyn Kenney; eight grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. John D. Riggs, one grandchild and one great-grandchild.
