Kenneth R. Styles

Kenneth R. Styles, 82, of Greenwood, Arkansas passed away Monday, April 25, 2022 in a Fort Smith hospital. He was born in Uniontown, Kentucky on September 10, 1939. Kenny joined the Navy in 1957, serving 22 ½ years, during this time, he married Becky Gossett. They were blessed by the birth of sons, Jim and Tom. They moved to Greenwood in 1979 to start their new lives with new friends.

He is survived by his wife, Becky Styles; sons, Jim Styles of Greenwood and Tom Styles of Jonesboro; granddaughter, Jessica Middleton and husband, Landon; grandson, James Styles and wife, Chelsey of Greenwood; great grandchildren, Andrew, Alec, Ames and Amri Middleton, Finley and River Styles and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Elizabeth (Clounce) Styles; a sister, Ruth Williams and husband, Alvin; brother, John Styles and his in-laws, Tom and Juanita Gossett.

Memorial service with military honors will be 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 5 at the U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith under the direction McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood.
