Laura M Curd Moore

Laura Curd Moore, 92, of Prague, Oklahoma, formerly of Van Buren, passed away on Friday, November 26, 2010. She was a homemaker and a member of Pocola Assembly of God Church and the Pocola Christian Fellowship.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnie; a son, John Edward Moore; a great granddaughter, Maudi Baker; a great great granddaughter, Nevaeh Cook; six brothers and one sister.

Graveside services will be Monday, November 29th at 2:00 P.M. at New Hope Cemetery in Spiro, Oklahoma under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home in Greenwood. Viewing will be today from 1-8 P.M. at the funeral home.

Survivors include two sons, B.J. Moore and his wife, Pat of Tecumseh, OK, Jim Moore and his wife, Jean of Arp, TX; three daughters, Pat Thomas and her husband, R.E. of Okmulgee, OK, Laura Young and her husband, Frank of Van Buren, Anna Morgan and her husband, Bob of Prague, OK; two brothers; four sisters; twenty-four grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Larry Fullbright, Stee Moore, Clifford Burrows, Gerald Burrows, Roger Burrows and James Schimmel. Honorary Pallbearer will be Paul Curd.
