Aunt Maxine was a special lady. Uncle Denver and Aunt Maxine never had children of their own, but they spoiled all of their nieces and nephews. Maxine had a loving and giving heart that only Heaven knows the things she did for others that she never let them know it was her. We will remember her funny stories, her love for God, her love for us and her love for animals. She had many hard knocks in life, but knew they had to be faced and she did just that, the spirit of a person from the Greatest Generation. We are all better because we had her in our lives. She will be greatly missed.
