Mary Ellen was one of my best friends growing up in Wilmington. I was close to the whole family. Mary and I graduated from Banning High School together, went to the beach and the drive-ins together, hung out at each others houses and laughed ourselves silly, our birthdays were just a few days apart, and I was her maid of honor when she got married. I have a lot of wonderful memories of our times together. It's been some time since I last saw Mary-in Arkansas-but I felt a great loss inside learning of her death, and she will always be a special person in my life. My sympathy to Mike, Michelle, and all who loved her.

Sincerely, Barbara Mills Paulson

My sincere condolences to Mary's family. I was one of the Console Operators who worked under Mary, during her midnight hours as my SA. I so enjoyed our visits. Mary was always so very nice to me, and I appreciate her taking me under her wings. May God give you comfort at this time.
