Melba Lee Looper

Melba Lee Looper, 80, of Hartford, Arkansas passed away Saturday, October 13, 2012 in a Fort Smith hospital. She was a homemaker and a member of the Living Stone Fellowship of Greenwood.

Funeral service will be at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood with interment at Huntington Cemetery. Viewing will be 1 - 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, where the family will visit with friends from 6 - 8 p.m.

Survivors include her husband, Harold of the home; two sons, James Goines of Meeker, OK and Larry Goines of Rudy, AR; five daughters, Mary Crittenden of Oklahoma City, OK, Lillie Whitthorne of Moore, OK, Peggy Nelson of Dayton, AR, Linda Stone of Meeker, OK, and Lawanda Hays of Mansfiled, AR; a brother, Paul Moore of Huntington, AR; two sister, Dorothy Hicks of Huntington, AR and Alva Fay Hesson of Pocola, OK; twenty-eight grandchildren, fifty-three great grandchilkdren and eighteen great great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be John Feuerborn, James Feuerborn, Chuck Nelson, David Nelson, Johnathan London, Chris Stone and Kinnith Quinlivan.
