Nathan Addison Lentz, II, 58, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away Monday, March 1, 2021 in Fort Smith.

He is survived by a daughter, Mariah Anderson of Springfield, MO, three brothers, John Lentz of Greenwood and Steven and Jason Lentz of Fort Smith and one sister, Kyisha Lentz of Tulsa. He was preceded in death by his parents, Nathan and Patti Lentz.

Cremation is under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood. Inurnment will be at Liberty Cemetery.
