Patsy Jane (Jones) Erwin

Patsy Jane (Jones) Erwin, 84, of Pocola, Oklahoma was called home on June 27, 2023, in Pocola, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, Shelby Erwin. Together they raised four children. She was retired from Riverside Furniture. She was Memaw to all that knew her. Her grandkids and great grandkids were her everything, not a birthday ever missed. She was the best cook and baker around. There were many great memories made around the dinner table on Sunday afternoons. Other than cooking her two favorite past times were baseball, (from t-ball to professional) and working her Find a Word puzzles.

She is survived by a son, Larry Erwin and wife, Sophia of Pocola, Oklahoma; daughter, Pam Moreton and husband, Fred of Pocola, Oklahoma; daughter, Kay Holland and husband, Allan of Pocola, Oklahoma; son, Mark Erwin and wife, Heather of Greenwood, Arkansas; grandchildren, Freddie Moreton and wife, Caitie of Mustang, Oklahoma, Bethany Adcock and husband, Bo of Pocola, Oklahoma, Miranda Fair and Jammie of Oro Valley, Arizona, Lacey Tople and husband, Sunny of Oceanside, California, Brooklyn Weindel and husband, Heath of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Brylee Erwin of Greenwood, Arkansas and Easton Erwin of Fayetteville, Arkansas and great grandchildren, Addie Adcock, Jax Adcock, Tripp Moreton, Scarlett Moreton, Georgia Moreton, Waylon Fair, Axel Tople and Murphy Mae Weindel. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Lula Jones, sister Alene Banziger and brothers, Kenneth and Bob Jones.

Funeral service will be 10 a.m., Monday, July 3 at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood with burial at Mountain View Cemetery in Hackett. Viewing will be Sunday from 1 – 7 p.m. at the funeral home, where the family will visit with friends from 2 – 4 p.m.
