Pauline Willsey Pitchford

Pauline Willsey Pitchford, 90, of Huntington, Arkansas passed from this life Thursday, September 1, 2011 at Pink Bud Nursing Home in Greenwood, Arkansas, where she had been a resident for the past 3 years. She was a member of Huntington First Baptist Church. Pauline was born on April 16, 1921 to Robert and Florence Cope in Greenwood, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by husbands, Alvin Willsey of 31 years and Tommy Pitchford of 30 years and one grandson, Matt Willsey.

She is survived by two daughters, Bea Sharp and husband, Virgil and Sylvia Holstein and husband, Bill both of Huntington; two sons, Charles Willsey and wife, Cindy of Alma and Danny Willsey and wife, Jan of Mansfield; six grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 10 am Saturday, September 3, 2011 at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood with burial at Huntington Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be grandsons.

The family wishes to thank the staff of Pink Bud Nursing Home for three years of TLC for Pauline, and the staff of Peachtree Hospice for making the last two weeks of her life a peaceful time before her passing.
