Relda Ann Carter Cunningham

Relda Ann Carter Cunningham, 71, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas died February 11, 2018 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She was born on November 2, 1946 in Hartford, Arkansas. Relda married Ronald Keith Cunningham on December 15, 2001 in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. She worked in the banking industry for over 35 years, retiring from Bear State Bank in 2016. She was an avid and loyal Razorback fan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald and her parents, Bont and Leafy Carter.

She is survived by four children; her daughter, Missy Gregory and husband, Larry of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, son, Cody Huls of Kansas, Oklahoma, son, Gregory Cunningham and wife, Christina of Jacksonville, Florida and daughter, Joslynne Johnson and husband, John of Jacksonville, Arkansas; eight grandchildren; two sisters, Norma Freeman of Mansfield, Arkansas and Nina Phelps of Short, Oklahoma; two brothers, Loye Carter and wife, Anna of Mansfield, Arkansas and Randall Carter and wife, Linda of Sibley, Louisiana and numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be 10 a.m., Friday, February 16 at the U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood. Rev. Richard Maness will be officiating. Viewing will be Thursday from 2 – 8 p.m. at the funeral home, where the family will visit with friends from 6 – 8 p.m.

Pallbearers will be Cody Huls, Larry Gregory, Michael Carter, Gary Carter, Greg Freeman and Chris Waters.
