Robert Neil Shook

Robert Neil Shook, 69, of Greenwood, Arkansas passed away Sunday, November 21, 2010 in a Fort Smith hospital. He was born March 20, 1941; he was a loving and devoted husband and father. He was retired from the Greenwood School System, faithful member of Westwood Baptist Church in Greenwood and an Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War.

Funeral service will be 2 pm Wednesday, November 24, 2010 at Westwood Baptist Church with burial at Hartford Memorial Park under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood. Viewing will be Tuesday from 1 – 9 pm at the funeral home, where the family will visit with friends from 6 – 8 pm.

He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Norma (Wooten) Shook, two daughters, Debbie Williams and husband, Mark and Becky Goetz and husband, Mike both of Greenwood; two sons, Kenny Shook and wife, Stephanie and Jonathan Shook and wife, Margie both of Greenwood; four grandsons, Brad Williams, Robbie Knuckles, Justin Knuckles and Tyler Shook; five granddaughters, Ashley Vigus, Jennifer Styles, Amanda Shook, Trinity Partin and Scarlett Shook; two great grandchildren, Lake Williams and Faith Vigus; one brother, Jim Shook and one sister, Ann Cornwell. He was preceded in death by one great granddaughter, Cambry Knuckles; his parents, Nan and George Boyd and Jim and Dolly Shook; two brothers, Mitchell and Jerry Shook.

Pallbearers will be Brad Williams, Robbie Knuckles, Justin Knuckles, Tyler Shook, Jeffrey Boyd and Travis Carter.
