Graveside service will be 1 p.m., Monday, April 20, 2015 at the U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood.
She is survived by one son, Larry N. Horton of Greenwood; one daughter, Leisha May Madison of Greenwood; one brother, Dennis L. Sims of Greenwood; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
