Timothy Wade Lewis, 49, of Hartford, Arkansas passed away Thursday, March 15, 2018 in Malvern, Arkansas. He was a plumber.

Cremation was under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home in Greenwood.

He is survived by his daughter, Brenda Lewis of Fort Smith; his father, Rufus D. Lewis of Hartford; two brothers, Steven R. Lewis of Waldron and Rufus A. Lewis of Lavaca and three sisters, Sabrina Asous of Fort Smith, Tiria Allen of Hartford and Rebecca Russell of Witcherville
