Troy Lorne Askins

Troy Lorne Askins, 76, of Hartford, Arkansas passed away Friday, January 15, 2021 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was the retired owner of Askins Heating and Air Conditioning Vocational Technical School and a United States Army veteran.

Graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, January 18 at Mt. Olive Cemetery in Midland under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home in Greenwood.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Askins; a son, Jeffery Allen Askins of Odessa, Texas; three daughters, Linetta Hollinghead of Hartford, Cynthia Askins of Houston, Texas and Rochelle Witt of Waco, Texas; a sister, Verneiva VanWinkle of Plano, Texas; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Honorary Pallbearers are Ralph Layne, Steve Tiffee and Larry King.
